Connection information

In the connections section, information indicates the current connection status of the user both to the platform itself and to the exchange servers.


Indicators with the LEXX logo show the connection status to the platform servers.

Indicators with the Binance logo show the connection status to the exchange servers.


The "Connection info" block makes it easier for the user to identify the location of any lost connection and enables an effective response to the situation:

Exists four connection statuses:


  1. Green - stable connection;
  2. Yellow - in the process of reconnecting;
  3. Red - lost connection;
  4. Grey - connection not in use*.


*Connection in this category include working with fast candlesticks or if the user has not connected to the Binance spot or Binance Futures exchange through API keys.
