1. Introduction:

This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Lexx Terms of Use. The purpose of this Policy is to determine the return of funds procedure and for the prevention of conflicts between customers and Lexx, as well as the reduction of risks related to anti-money laundering.

1. 2. Refund Procedures:
   1. 2.1. General Refund Rules: Lexx reserves the right, if necessary, to return/send back the net amount received to the remitter by the same method. The refund will be made using the same details that a customer used for making the payment, where possible.
   2. 2.2. Alternative Payment Methods: However, in the case where it is technically impossible to withdraw funds to the payment system that was used to make the payment, the funds shall be sent to a payment account in the customers' name through an alternative payment method, which shall be chosen by Lexx according to the customers' wishes.
   3. 2.3. Responsibility for Charges: However, Lexx is not responsible for and will not reimburse the customer for any fees or other charges deducted by any payment system.
2. 3. Third-Party Payments:

   If the payment is made by a third party and not the account holder, Lexx reserves the right to request the account holder to confirm the payment on behalf of such third party. If such confirmation is refused or not provided by the customer within a reasonable time, Lexx has the right to send the funds back to the third party source via the same payment method.

3. 4. Refund Requests:

   The customer can apply for a refund within 15 days after the purchase date for subscriptions.

4. 5. Trading Activities:

   Lexx shall not return funds that have been used for trading activities and/or associated charges.

5. 6. Amendments:

   Lexx reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend this Policy in the future.
