Starting from November 8, 2023, we no longer restrict a portion of the available functionality. Now:
- You can work with any exchanges; we have removed all restrictions on the number of API keys you can connect on the platform.
- New licenses will now be simpler.
- Please note that licenses purchased before this update will not be automatically modified. Therefore, you can rest assured that the functionality specified in your license will remain valid until you decide to change your license.
- If you have activated a license with increased limits for the maximum duration and encounter issues while changing the license, please do not hesitate to contact our support service via the ticket system. We are always happy to assist you and resolve any issues on an individual basis!

FAQ
- I have a Pro subscription with the second limit. I bought it to connect Spot & Futures markets.
- After the update, this functionality is not limited by the limits, and you have the option to change the license. You can purchase a Pro license for a new period, and the unused residual cost will be credited towards the new license. The only thing to consider is that the cost of the update should be more than $0.
- I have a Standard license with the third level of limits; I bought it to have more strategies.
- You can use the license until it expires. Afterward, you will have to choose from the available options: continue using Standard or switch to Pro.
