Limits are set to restrict the functionality of the platform (launching trading strategies).
For example, with the Standard license, one level of limits allows launching one trading strategy of each type, except for channel strategies, of which there are 5 available.
With the PRO license, for the Squeeze strategy, the available quantity is 5 and 50 (5 without a start trigger and 50 with a start trigger ⩾ 1).
This corresponds to the 1st level of limits. If you need to launch more strategies, for example, 10 and 100, you need to upgrade the level of limits to level two in the tariff plan. And for launching 15 and 150 strategies, you need to increase the level of limits to level 3.
By default, any basic license has a set limit level equal to one.
Example of limits for Squeeze trading strategies.
You can increase the limits for your license by contacting support.
After contacting support, you will have the option to increase the limits in the billing section. When selecting the license and its duration, the parameter for the number of limits will be available.
Using this option implies an additional payment for the license extension. According to the following formula: One multiple increase in limits equals 0.5 (half) of the cost of the selected license.
For example: The Pro license for 30 days costs 84 euros. By default, the option "Limit Level" is set to x1 (which means 5 and 50 squeezes).
If you add "Limit Level" to this license and set it to x2, then the final cost of the 30-day license will be 126 euros. (see screenshot below).
